Brothers and Sisters of NOVABAA!
We are starting this year off on a festive note, and we request the pleasure of your presence at the First Annual NOVABAA Black History Month Brunch! We will be going to Crystal City Sports Bar in Arlington, Virginia!
This Brunch will serve two purposes: (1) for us to present our book award to one lucky George Mason University Law Student, and (2) to create a social environment for the Saints to gather around and enjoy each other's company!
COVID-19 Precautions
KitchenCray is very strict on their COVID-19 precautions. In order to enter the restaurant, you will be required to have your temperature taken. Furthermore, you will be required to wear your mask throughout the restaurant, except at your table while dining. Your waitstaff will be fully masked up, and if while eating, you need to go to the bathroom, you will be required to put on your mask once you leave the table until you return to your seat.
This will be an exciting and entertaining event for NOVABAA members to gather together, and we hope that you come. You WILL need to RSVP so that we can alert the restaurant how many attendees they need to accommodate. Please RSVP as far in advance as you can, so that we can accommodate everyone.
This is not a flat price brunch. The brunch options are typically between $20-$30, depending on the dish. Some dishes (the lobster dishes for example) are pricier, which is probably not surprising to you. A menu of their standard brunch options is included here. Note that their brunch menu changes fairly regularly and may not have the identical items listed - but they all look delicious!
In short, start your year off right, by attending the First Annual NOVABAA Black History Brunch. We want your energy in the building as we enjoy each other's company, as well as gifting one of our own NOVABAA Law Student Members the NOVABAA Book Award. We hope you can make it, and we ask that you RSVP as quickly as you are able, so that we can provide an accurate headcount to the restaurant. Also, please include in your RSVP any guests you may be bringing - as they have limited space.
